4.Purpose of the register

The email addresses of data subjects are used for communication purposes. General information about boating, as well as new products and events are delivered to the email addresses of data subjects. The information about data subjects is processed to the extent permitted and required by the Personal Data Act. Information is used for marketing on the basis of consent provided by the customer.

5. Data content of the register

The customer's e-mail address, and possibly their name and phone number, are saved in the customer register.

6. Regular data sources

The data controller shall register such data that the user personally informs electronically or manually to the data controller.

7. Regular disclosure of data

EasyBoatRoller shall not disclose data to third parties.

8. Protection principles of the register

The register is stored in an information system, and protected and placed in such a way that unauthorised parties do not have access to the data contained in the register.
